I see a lot of questions coming by about the battery capacity. On the iphone it is just a gimmick. If you really want to know your battery's state of health you've got to calculate yourself. I have an old samsung galaxy note 9 with a 4000mah battery. I placed it on the charger at 12% and charged it to 100% with a USB tester in between. This device shows exactly how many mah / watthours is going through. Ive got only 2266mah in my 4000mah battery over 88%. That is a battery capacity of 68%. After 2 years of use. I cant get trough a day anymore on 1 single charge, so it is time to either replace the battery or get a new phone. If i would replace the battery i also have to replace the screen because it has a crack in there 🤣

Running your battery down to 12% is not helping the matter either. Charging from that low of a state will cause the battery to get too warm. You should have started recharging it before it dropped below 20%.

A month ago I bought my first iPhone, after 7 years of Android devices. This is iPhone SE 2020, black, 64 GB. After a month of use, I am very satisfied with this device. Fast, compact, useful. You can feel the ease of the operating system and the power of iOS.
Perfomance
This SE has fabulous performance in every way. The speed with which they can access applications, or unlock the phone via Touch ID, is how Apple makes very good phones for users.
Design, Size & Screen
An iPhone 6s, 7 or 8 in a 2020 device. I don't mind its size at all. It is compact and easy to use with one hand. The screen size, the 4.7 inches is small for 2020, but not for me. The image quality on SE 2020 is decent, I have no problem with that.
Camera
My favorite part of the phone is the camera, which pleasantly surprised me. The pictures are wow. Clearly, the colors are exactly like in the real world, all thanks to the A13 Bionic chip, the chip on the iPhone 11 range. In the video, things look perfect. Stability, good clarity at 4K resolution, from this point of view, the camera is a big plus for the iPhone SE 2020.
Battery Life
The most criticized aspect of this phone is the battery life. The 1821 mAh capacity is very small for a smartphone in 2020, but it depends on the user how long the battery lasts. In my case, the battery lasts a day, a day and a half or even two days. I'm an average user, I don't stay on it non-stop. I use it for calls, social networking, pictures and videos, YouTube, Netflix and HBO Go.
For the battery to last me a long time, and for the health of the battery to be very good as much as possible, when I don't use it, I leave the brightness at a low level. I use the dark mode, and the low battery mode is turned on all the time when I don't charge it. The phone charges in a little over 2 hours from 0 to 100%, but if I discharge it at 25 or 30%, in an hour and a half it is at its maximum. On standby, it's spotless. Overnight, no more than one percent is lost from the battery before bed.
Apps and Storage
I chose the 64 GB model. For me it is more than enough. The applications I have are: Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Google, Chrome, Google Maps, Google Photo, GMail, Google Translate, HBO Go, Netflix, F1 TV or WWE, plus platforms for watching TV programs. I don't fill my memory with pictures. I make them and save them in Google Photo, where I have unlimited storage space and after deleting the photos.
Price
If in the USA, the starting price of iPhone SE 2020 is 399 $, in Romania, the starting price of SE was 2400 lei (495.84 € / 584.5 $). This month has its first discount since its launch, it was reduced by 100 lei (20.66 € / 24.35 $), it will probably have a more serious discount in November, when it will be Black Friday, it will probably arrive around 2000 lei (413.22 € / 487.21 $).
Switching from Android to iOS
I enter the Apple ecosystem after 2 tablets and 3 Android smartphones. My last Android device that I still have is the Samsung Galaxy J6 +. The phone is ok, but in video the image was not stable. The transition to iOS was not difficult at all. I'm switched to a very easy, stable and secure operating system. Apple is doing a good job of convincing people to buy their products.
I recommend it?
The answer is yes and no. Yes for those who want a compact and long-lasting phone, but also for medium use. No, for those who sit on it from early morning to late evening, for those who want to play their favorite games, like PUBG or Asphalt. Even if we find the chip on the iPhone 11/11 Pro / 11 Pro Max, and the performance of large caliber games is superior, I still do not recommend it for games. Battery life will suffer.
Who do I recommend it for?
Who has an iPhone 6s, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus (for 7/7 Plus, if the phone is bought in the year of launch or a year or two after launch, and for 8/8 Plus if it was bought in launch or one year after launch), for those who have an iPhone SE (2016 model), or for Android users who want to switch to Apple, but can't afford a lot of money for the best iPhones, this iPhone SE 2020 is perfect for you. For those who have the iPhone X and 11 ranges, for those who got their iPhone 7/7 Plus and 8/8 Plus in 2019 or 2020 or are waiting for the official launch of the new iPhone 12, but also the vast majority of Android users, it is natural that they don't need this phone.
In conclusion, in the world of technology, it is the most controversial phone launched in 2020, but even so, iPhone SE 2020 will be successful and will reach the hands of many users, due to the fact that it is the cheapest starting price of an iPhone in the last 4 years, due to the fact that it is an "iPhone 11 in an iPhone 8 body" through the prism of the A13 Bionic chip, but also through the prism of the design that was very successful among Apple users, through Touch ID. Even though the iPhone X and 11 have facial recognition, in this period when the COVID-19 pandemic is everywhere, and in many countries the decision has been made to make the protective mask mandatory, this iPhone SE 2020 is perfect in terms of security. A small but powerful phone.

Thank you for your review! Please don’t mind the stupid reactions. There are some people who don’t have time to read your review. But do have the time to post stupid reactions that lead to ... nowhere.
To me Android phone is still better than iPhone
like someone cares lol
on the flip side I switched from android for the first time since I owned the 4s and I won’t be going back in a hurry
iOS makes it feel like a fragmented mess with no clear direction or road map where as Apple has built a great eco system with top notch developer support and devices that jus work together and Apple silicone is just going to take it to the next level 🤷🏻♂️
To me, a Windows 10 tablet (Surface Pro 7) is still better than iPad.
But iPhone is better than android phones.
Respect for writing this long review 😂
Pair it with a battery case and its perfect even for games and still on for the whole day
is definitely need the battery case ✌️
Welcome to the real world, you made just the right choice. If you ask me, android phones are just a bunch of calculators.
On the back it kinda looks like my iPhone 7
slightly different location of Apple logo
Who has the time read all that 😂😂😂😂
I read only two line and discovered that the journey is far
Always has been! 👍☺
Everything written was precise and apt! But the moment he said he has TikTok installed!
It’s a good phone very compact and light weight
I can't believe that this iPhone is expensive in my country
For 35 days now continuing I have the Product Red and enjoying much!
Bro we have the some phone
Tbh had had a budget android flagships are light years better
in a few as aspects like battery life and screen for sure but in others like eco system , cpu gpu, services, support , wireless charging etc etc nooooooo way lol 😂
ye iPhone is a higher tier
then the j6
Battery life’s never been my issue that’s why you can at least replace them in phones I keep mine from 20-30 percent and charge to 90-100% each time and it’s lasted me years I got the original se
The original SE is fire 🔥 One of the best phone Apple ever did
mhm the perfect mix of up to date and classic lol
Plus those flat edges, no camera bump, the screen fit your hand perfectly. I upgraded from a 6 to an Xʀ the other day and the screen is just massive
lol ya I like the se but the screen is nice on those
Congratulations
Agree with you 👍
Mind blowing 🤯
Absolutely superb...
For me it was a no go because of battery and screen size as I like to edit photos and the small screen isn’t as pleasing to do it on
Great phone a bit limited by battery , I would be taken a thicker build for better battery but then it wouldn’t have been as cheap because of a redesign 🤷🏻♂️
It looks like the iPhone 8
Wait oooh you purposely wrote all these just to tell us that you bought your first iPhone after seven years of using Android?? Sorry I couldn’t read it to the end
I’m sayin
Fake news, fake people, bullshit posts, I’m outta here
goodbye..
Nerses Zakoyan bye
How much time you stil to write that
Good phone, good performance, good price, but bad in battery😔
Your review👍🏻
I had the iPhone 8 before and I really liked it, to me it feels lime the updated version of it. Great phones.
Now I have the iPhone 11 pro as I wanted a real big upgrade and Im loving it!
Wait for the arrival of iPhone SE Plus to reveals in next year..

So I purchased my first iphone.
Iphone 11 pro.
Been symbian and android user for 12 years and finally got hands on iphone.
First impressions:
- UI is very appealing but nothing much to customise (been a huge homescreen customiser on android).
- That is some serious level of security on how files are being shared.
- very fluid UI but I wish the refresh rate was higher.
- Issue with the font sizes as I am someone who uses lowest level of font size. To compare I use size 7 from MS-word.
- built is 🔥
- camera is 🔥
- Size of the phone is 🔥
- speaker is not louder than my op6t but definitely good quality
- display is 🔥
- battery is 🔥 (not literally but you get the idea)

She's roughly 10 years old now. Last update was Lion, currently dual boots windows 7. There was actually a time when windows 10 was in beta that I had that running pretty smoothly. Microsoft pulled the beta after the official release and canceled all that fun.
I'm trying to get away from needing a devices like this, I want to go post PC with my iPhone. I'm very very close to getting there but every once in a while I need this device to reload my jailbreak.
This is why I buy Apples products. I've gone through more laptops than I can remember in the last 10 years. Generally speaking, they last about two years.
This thing is 10 years old and the only thing I've had to replace is the battery once.
Seems to me, that's high quality❤️

Heh I have a Toughbook with me that has served me quite well...Truth be told they don't make hardware like they did before! BTW great to see you on Facebook from G+
Nice to see you here as well. I slowed down on Google plus a bit, it's starting to look like a dying platform😒
Indeed... It's been month since I opened our Chromecast or Android Groups

Can I replace iPhone 13, 3240 mAh battery to my iPhone 12?Can I replace iPhone 13, 3240 mAh battery to my iPhone 12?
iPhone 12 has a 10.78 Wh battery and 13 has a 12.41 Wh battery. So no.
Connectors aren’t that same i’m prettt sure
Go on and buy an XCAP battery that holds more capacity.
Connectors are'nt the same
I am assuming that the I-Phone 12 has a smaller capacity battery? If so, it maybe possible, however, not sure as if there is any SOFTWARE driven charging monitor then, you will never get it all the way charged to full capacity. If it is the other way then, the Software charge will over charge the battery. Be careful.
13’s battery is thicker
Probably but you’d have to change the housing of ur phone to a 13 body but that’s all just a maybe situation
Na
Why would you want to do that?
obviously he'd want to do it because the 13's battery is bigger. It's not possible though.
Exactly it’s not possible, 🤔 pointless question really.
here’s an idea why doesn’t he just keep the iPhone 13 and get rid of the 12
No you cannot the connectors physically won't fit
No
You go to the Apple Store and get a new battery, one actually made for that phone!
No 🤦🏼♀️
The iPhone has the biggest capacity for the size space.
A replacement will have the same capacity.
People saying larger are lying. Plane and simple.
No
No.
The questions that does been ask in here smh

IOS 14.5.1
My 100% to 99% came in 4 months then 99% to 98% came in 2 months 98 days came 2 days later Why did this 97% come?
I never charge 100%, I never charge up to 95%, I never use the phone when it comes to 25% charge
I put the phone in the charger and never used it
I do not use the power bank
I charge the phone 2 times a day
Now 98% to 3 days What is the reason for this 97% coming?
I use a 20w charger
Sometimes I charge the phone with IPS
Now how can I prevent the battery from going down like this?

First time?
Me and my homie use iphone with 69% battery health
Here 74 😂
81 here
Same bro
iOS 14.5.1 have big battery drain problem to iPhone 11
Don’t worry 😉
Charges your phone with 5 watt original charger 🔌
maybe just keep in the box.
You use 20w charger that makes battery worm faster
I use 5w charger since 3 year on my iPhone X battery health is 84% which is very good.
And for my another device (iPhone 6s) battery health is 76% after 5 years. You can understand dropping 5% per year. But in your case it’s dropping 20% more faster then my case because higher wattage charger makes battery worn faster.
Battery health feature is a gimmick feature from Apple. It doesn’t mean anything. 🤦♂️
Everything has a life so does the iphone
You must replace the phone! This ordeal is ridiculous!
Lithium battery’s are recommended to be fully charged and fully drained. Anything else damages the battery, as well as off brand chargers.
youre talking nonsense. Lithium ion batteries are literally the opposite. They don’t need to be drained.
I’m not talking nonsense and no all rechargeable battery’s are designed to be drained fuckin idiot
yeah read it yourself and you’ll realize it’s not what we’re talking about... idiot. Battery’s get worn out overtime so no matter what it’s gonna get wore out. But keep worrying about your damn battery health🤣
you’re a clown. You literally said they are recommended to be fully charged and fully drained.
I’m telling you that’s not true and you’re talking nonsense.
Obviously battery capacity reduces over time.
you’re even more stupid than I thought
dude it’s a battery, that’s how they’re supposed to be treated. I understand that your only experience with them is on your damn cell phone. Fucking pinecone
John Lee don’t worry he is too stupid to be able to read.
Usama Ali act like you said anything he said, please
Too many people are relying on this. Remember 5 yrs ago or so? How did you manage without batt health.
Oh yeah, you used it and charged when needed.
Suggestion, just use the thing
I’ve never checked my battery health.
Update Your I Phone
You seem paranoid 😂😂
Use power saving mode always
Replace the battery
Why u all worried about a dumbass battery % stfu

My XR will complete 1year on January 2021.
From day 1 I was using 18W Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 of POCO F1. Till last week the battery health was at 99% and I always do 100% charging, over charging and it was fine.
But 25days ago I thought to replace the POCO power adapter with OEM IPhone adapter which came with box.
Right after 27days of usage my battery health decreased 1%.
Is Apple deliberately degrading battery life???

One year from 99 to 98 and you mad?
I'm mad coz I've seen people loose 20% health within 6month while using stock adapter.
And it happened with me right after shifted to stock power adapter so there's a good reason to be mad.
I’ve just always used my 10w iPad charger lol still 100 on my 6s plus
My phone is going on 2 years
iPhone XR 128g
Its normal
1 year
with stock power adapter?
yes
First of all, don’t be a baby crying/getting mad just because it dropped. Second of all, your iPhone’s battery is fine. Jesus christ. Third in all of that, since you have said that your iPhone’s battery health stayed at 100% for over a year, expect fast battery health drops. Since that 100% isn’t really 100%. Your iPhone doesn’t measure your iPhones battery health perfectly accurate. You’re not the only one experiencing that issue. There’s a lots of people out there experiencing the same thing. Remember, there’s a LOT of people in this planet. And using fast chargers can decrease your iPhone’s battery health even faster, especially when it’s old. And yes, your iPhone’s battery is old, but not old old that the performance is garbage. It’s like a glow in the dark. When you shine a flashlight to it, it’s bright for a short period of time. But as time passes by, it’s brightness decreases. Start to worry when it drops every day or every week. Let’s say, your iPhones battery health this week is at 98%, then another week passed by. You went & check your iPhone’s battery health, and it dropped 1%. And it happens & happens every week. Or every 1-2weeks. That’s when you should start to worry. And Apple would never ever eat your iPhone’s battery health like a hungry animal. Your iPhone crams, needs more power since every update has new features & the processor needs to run at a higher clock speeds (because the software demands more power, even if it’s very very optimized). That’s why.

My XR 128gb in 1 year 1 month old @97%
Why not buying this instead of that?it’s the same wattage of charging..18W.
why should I buy this when I already have one?
And what kind of adapter is this? No name nothing.
it’s Apple adapter 18W,man.
First world problems 🤷🏼

Vipul Purohit Vinay Lahoti Script Aler T
1)Like if you have connectivity isses.. like signal drop down frequently and not able to make calls.. often call drops.. etc..
2)Then if your iPhone gets over heating while playing games/
3)Wifi issues.. like you could not connect to a hotspot when your other devices are able to do so .
Normally these issues happens in iPhone rarely.. not with every piece.. and if you are a victim to these issues you can claim replacement.
(As far as i know these are the reasons which facilitates you to claim replacement) Script Aler T can say more about this :)

How are u i brother facing a problem
As me and my brother purchase same iphone13 at same time but after 2 months this battery health going down but mine is still 100 percent
Anyone can suggest what he can do now is this is software bug as he is on ios 15.2 and mine is on 15.01

Apple should stop showing battery health..
Its good that android phones don't show it.
Whenever I see such posts I always have to check my iPhone's battery health 🤦🏻♂️
I agree.
Stop paying attention to battery health!!! Normal, normal, normal. All batteries degrade and it depends on what you use it for and how you charge it and how often you charge it. Why is everyone so concerned about a 2% drop? Your going to be ok. Does he use his phone differently then you? Does he charge it differently, does he use the phone for the same things as you everyday? If not this is normal.
Both of my iPhones I started using right out of the box without an initial charge my first iPhone still had 100% battery health when I sold it 13 months after purchase and my second/current iPhone has 99% after 14 months.
My only rule is to always keep the battery between 20% and 80% charged as much as possible.
so never go over 80 or under 20??
that’s the rule I gave myself and so far it’s worked great.
When you only charge up to 80%, you won’t complete a charge cycle and when you don’t do that your battery health will show 100%. But that’s just for show. The chemicals in the battery will degrade with age and usage. The battery health calculates the percentage on complete charge cycles.
Basically you are fooling yourself with charging only up to 80%.
at the end of the day all I care about is for that number to be as high as possible since that’s one of the many things a buyer looks at. It’s pretty easy for you to make that argument since verifying the veracity of your claim in exact terms is beyond either of our means. As such, I’m going to point you back to what I just said: as long as that number is as high as possible, that’s all I care about when it comes time to sell it.
I followed this rule and maintained the battery at 💯 for one year
This percentage is an estimate that Apple makes. A possible prediction. That, of course, means nothing at all. Just keep in mind that you have to replace a battery once every 2 to 3 years. New batteries are not that expensive. Luckely, you can easily replace the battery of your iPhone yourself.......
I have also gotten into periods of time where I became obsessive and worried about battery health. As a couple of people here have pointed out, the battery will degrade over time, and it's not necessarily linear.
In the battery settings panel you should keep optimization turned on. Otherwise I don't think there's anything you need to worry about.
And if you have AppleCare, should the battery degree too much you'll get a free replacement.
You are aware that battery health feature isn’t 100% accurate right? Also his charging patterns might be different than yours. My iPhone 12 Pro was at 89% battery health when I traded out and I didn’t see much difference in the battery life of a battery at 89% vs a battery at 100%.
This is not due to software update I also have updated to 15.2 and I have bought my iPhone 13 - 3 months back my battery health is 100%. I think this should be due to overuse or use during charging. Have you bought it from the apple store or online site ?? If you have bought it from apple store and you are facing this problem without any overuse or use during charging then you must visit the store and talk to them regarding the warranty.
Is he using a MagSafe to charge it every night? My 13 pro is on 99 and my 13 mini is on 100 only the pro gets charged with a MagSafe and I’ve seen other people have to same issue. Battery gets real hot charging on MagSafe
Not only MagSafe, but also other wireless chargers fucked up my battery.
I have 12 Pro Max since February and my battery is 90%.
So now I use only wired charging
I believe it depends on whether he leaves his phone one charger over night or for a very longer time even when the battery is fully charged
having it on the charger overnight, or even keeping it plugged in with it 100% won’t do anything to your IPhone. The computer knows when it’s full, and stops the charging function. Many years back, that was considered a problem, but not any longer. Just like using a IPad charger which charges at a higher amperage, was once considered bad, but it was also debunked years back.
I know they claim that but there are lot of evidences where people charging phones within 30 to 90% have had very slow degrade. I personally experienced this with my apple watch. I may be wrong and I dont really worry about it but if it stops charging after 100%, technically it cant remain 100 till morning. That means the phone goes to 99 then it charges back to 100. This goes for entire night. So its working the whole night. Just my thoughts.
Well better not check on it from time to time. As long as the battery works for a day ur good!
Battery’s degrade in a non linear fashion. Some may degrade to a point and not any lower for a while, and another may not move from 100% and then fall to 97% faster. My iPhone 12 is at 91% after almost a year and haven’t noticed a difference
Depends on your phone usage. It’s okay to have different ones and tbh the battery health is gonna deplete over time.

My iPhone 7 is unable to update to IOS 15.1 since I’m still using IOS 12.1.2 software and my phone’s maximum capacity battery is at 70% I need some advice

upgrade to iphone 13
There should be a group just for these battery maniacs
I’m thinking about making one 😆😂
Exactly! Should be called “iPhone battery life maniacs”
😂😂😂
Chance the device that is the solution
Plug in phone. Then try update.
You might need to free some Space first. (Pics and music).
You are using an old iOS
For you to upgrade to iOS 15, you need to use itunes, on PC/Mac
i tried doing that with the PC and it didn’t work
Does iPhone 7 support iOS 15.1 I dnt think so bro at max they are giving 13 and also hardware wise capacity wise I dnt thk it’s capable so stick to what it is being given.
the iPhone 6s supports iOS 15 so yes the 7 supports it.
yes, my 7 runs 15.1 very smoothly.
I have iPhone 6 and I m stuck with iOS 12.5.5 that’s the latest for this phone
that’s because you have an iPhone 6. iPhone 6s and higher can get all the iOS 15 updates.
mine is still running on 12.1.2
iPhone 6s and the models higher than that supports iOS 15, I have a 6 and it only supports until 12, I also have a 8 which supports ios 15.1
At this point the replacing the battery could be the best possible solution. And honestly it’s very cheap to replace a battery for any iPhone. Once meeting all the requirements including your battery status you can surely update the latest version of iOS
You can replace your battery in apple store or from any authorised apple service provider and try updating again.
Wow get a new battery and update. Phone could last a long time to come with a new battery and software. Running iOS 12 you have got to be having difficulty?
What error u are getting while updating ?? Take a backup and try restoring. Also try resetting all setting before updating once.
If you don’t want to spend the money for the SE 2 then just change the battery and update to iOS 15.1 is it that hard to figure out
If u want to go to iOS 15, then u will have do through iTunes on a laptop. But that phone is degrading so I recommend that u get a new phone
Nothing wrong it’s a 7. Best bet is change batt it’s get new phone
samsung only gives a low battery warning from 15%. I can't change that either.
