So I purchased my first iphone.
Iphone 11 pro.
Been symbian and android user for 12 years and finally got hands on iphone.
- UI is very appealing but nothing much to customise (been a huge homescreen customiser on android).
- That is some serious level of security on how files are being shared.
- very fluid UI but I wish the refresh rate was higher.
- Issue with the font sizes as I am someone who uses lowest level of font size. To compare I use size 7 from MS-word.
- built is 🔥
- camera is 🔥
- Size of the phone is 🔥
- speaker is not louder than my op6t but definitely good quality
- display is 🔥
- battery is 🔥 (not literally but you get the idea)

She's roughly 10 years old now. Last update was Lion, currently dual boots windows 7. There was actually a time when windows 10 was in beta that I had that running pretty smoothly. Microsoft pulled the beta after the official release and canceled all that fun.
I'm trying to get away from needing a devices like this, I want to go post PC with my iPhone. I'm very very close to getting there but every once in a while I need this device to reload my jailbreak.
This is why I buy Apples products. I've gone through more laptops than I can remember in the last 10 years. Generally speaking, they last about two years.
This thing is 10 years old and the only thing I've had to replace is the battery once.
Seems to me, that's high quality❤️
Heh I have a Toughbook with me that has served me quite well...Truth be told they don't make hardware like they did before! BTW great to see you on Facebook from G+
Nice to see you here as well. I slowed down on Google plus a bit, it's starting to look like a dying platform😒

Can I replace iPhone 13, 3240 mAh battery to my iPhone 12?Can I replace iPhone 13, 3240 mAh battery to my iPhone 12?
I am assuming that the I-Phone 12 has a smaller capacity battery? If so, it maybe possible, however, not sure as if there is any SOFTWARE driven charging monitor then, you will never get it all the way charged to full capacity. If it is the other way then, the Software charge will over charge the battery. Be careful.
Probably but you’d have to change the housing of ur phone to a 13 body but that’s all just a maybe situation
The iPhone has the biggest capacity for the size space.
A replacement will have the same capacity.
People saying larger are lying. Plane and simple.

My 100% to 99% came in 4 months then 99% to 98% came in 2 months 98 days came 2 days later Why did this 97% come?
I never charge 100%, I never charge up to 95%, I never use the phone when it comes to 25% charge
I put the phone in the charger and never used it
I do not use the power bank
I charge the phone 2 times a day
Now 98% to 3 days What is the reason for this 97% coming?
I use a 20w charger
Sometimes I charge the phone with IPS
Now how can I prevent the battery from going down like this?
You use 20w charger that makes battery worm faster
I use 5w charger since 3 year on my iPhone X battery health is 84% which is very good.
And for my another device (iPhone 6s) battery health is 76% after 5 years. You can understand dropping 5% per year. But in your case it’s dropping 20% more faster then my case because higher wattage charger makes battery worn faster.
Lithium battery’s are recommended to be fully charged and fully drained. Anything else damages the battery, as well as off brand chargers.
youre talking nonsense. Lithium ion batteries are literally the opposite. They don’t need to be drained.
yeah read it yourself and you’ll realize it’s not what we’re talking about... idiot. Battery’s get worn out overtime so no matter what it’s gonna get wore out. But keep worrying about your damn battery health🤣
you’re a clown. You literally said they are recommended to be fully charged and fully drained.
I’m telling you that’s not true and you’re talking nonsense.
Obviously battery capacity reduces over time.
dude it’s a battery, that’s how they’re supposed to be treated. I understand that your only experience with them is on your damn cell phone. Fucking pinecone
Too many people are relying on this. Remember 5 yrs ago or so? How did you manage without batt health.
Oh yeah, you used it and charged when needed.
Suggestion, just use the thing

My XR will complete 1year on January 2021.
From day 1 I was using 18W Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 of POCO F1. Till last week the battery health was at 99% and I always do 100% charging, over charging and it was fine.
But 25days ago I thought to replace the POCO power adapter with OEM IPhone adapter which came with box.
Right after 27days of usage my battery health decreased 1%.
Is Apple deliberately degrading battery life???
I'm mad coz I've seen people loose 20% health within 6month while using stock adapter.
And it happened with me right after shifted to stock power adapter so there's a good reason to be mad.
First of all, don’t be a baby crying/getting mad just because it dropped. Second of all, your iPhone’s battery is fine. Jesus christ. Third in all of that, since you have said that your iPhone’s battery health stayed at 100% for over a year, expect fast battery health drops. Since that 100% isn’t really 100%. Your iPhone doesn’t measure your iPhones battery health perfectly accurate. You’re not the only one experiencing that issue. There’s a lots of people out there experiencing the same thing. Remember, there’s a LOT of people in this planet. And using fast chargers can decrease your iPhone’s battery health even faster, especially when it’s old. And yes, your iPhone’s battery is old, but not old old that the performance is garbage. It’s like a glow in the dark. When you shine a flashlight to it, it’s bright for a short period of time. But as time passes by, it’s brightness decreases. Start to worry when it drops every day or every week. Let’s say, your iPhones battery health this week is at 98%, then another week passed by. You went & check your iPhone’s battery health, and it dropped 1%. And it happens & happens every week. Or every 1-2weeks. That’s when you should start to worry. And Apple would never ever eat your iPhone’s battery health like a hungry animal. Your iPhone crams, needs more power since every update has new features & the processor needs to run at a higher clock speeds (because the software demands more power, even if it’s very very optimized). That’s why.

How can i get a replacement for my iPhone 4 .. I mean what reasons ll i need to replace it ?
unko bol ki 4 din tak continue use karne par bhi battery nahi utarti.. koi bhi game bina jailbreak ke install ho jati hai.. aur toh aur call bhi record ho re bina koi loche.. :P
aur pehle toh locked bhi tha ab koi bhi sim bina gevey ke chalri.. aisa bol.. woh log double paise dete aur 2 iPhone bhi dete.. :P
u know i too want that ... and i tried so many times by getting devices like sgs 2 and galaxy Note but again i moved to mah iphone. i got new ipad than also em not able to replace mah iphone .. i dunno why.. its kinda of love o what...?
1)Like if you have connectivity isses.. like signal drop down frequently and not able to make calls.. often call drops.. etc..
2)Then if your iPhone gets over heating while playing games/
3)Wifi issues.. like you could not connect to a hotspot when your other devices are able to do so .
Normally these issues happens in iPhone rarely.. not with every piece.. and if you are a victim to these issues you can claim replacement.
(As far as i know these are the reasons which facilitates you to claim replacement) Script Aler T can say more about this :)
Should I buy this high capacity battery for my iPhone 7 ...
Should I buy this high capacity battery for my iPhone 7 plus?
To be honest that depends on ur phone usage, if u r a hardcore user rather buy a lowkey powerbank and upgrade to another iphone sooner or later
To be honest even that is good . if incase it falls under a 50% then u should be rush for this. Consider a powerbank and if u still choose to change ur battery make sure u check if ur BH is affected after new battery
My favorite brand & also using baseus battery for ip6s
You can use it without any tension .very reliable
You can I did it for my 6s and it’s the best thing I did for it however a 6s and 6s plus is a lot more hardy in terms of a self replacement
yes I used yontex I believe as long as you got a good battery you’ll be fine it’s just that ribbon cables and such are really easy to break with the 6s it’s mechanical while with the 7 it’s well electronic so just be carful with that I’m sure you’ve been watching some vids lol
My iPhone 12 pro max clicks and creaks when it’s touche ...
My iPhone 12 pro max clicks and creaks when it’s touched next to the camera .... anyone else have this problem?
is that what you think 🤷🏻♂️
I think it’s a much better phone than my previous iPhone 11 ... screen ... battery ... cpu ... gpu ... materials... design ... battery ... memory ... camera ... telephoto ... Apple raw ... video recording etc etc
Seems like quite an upgrade to me 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
battery’s on the 12’s aren’t as good as the 11’s check the Mah, lose over an hour of battery life with the 12 pro Max compared to 11 pro Max. But the 12 pro Max is so much faster and upgraded camera features.
the mah is slightly smaller but it has a better modem and a more efficient cpu which probably makes up for the small mah difference
The bigger screen probably does consume a tad more battery though that’s just physics isn’t it? 🤷🏻♂️
oh yes for sure. I was hoping the battery on the 12 models would been even better than the 11’s. I mean if the phones running faster etc obviously the battery is going to take the strain of that.
I did man new one is more solid and I swear the battery seems to drain less , the old one seemed to get warm a few times for no reason in my pocket
I reckon I just got unlucky and got a bad build ... it happens unfortunately 🤷🏻♂️
something definitely wasn’t right with it , the new one doesn’t do it at all and feels a lot better
Fingers crossed it stays that way 😂
Patient: "Doctor, It hurts when i do this."
Doctor" Don't do that. Now pay me $1200 USD consultation fee"
No, my phone is not doing that. Contact Apple (if you haven’t done so already). Sorry this is happening to you!
This is the first time in my life I’ve seen an IPhone do that or any phone.. whoever is your Carrier damaged your device. That ain’t Apple fault
you are joking right ... it was bought from Apple ... shipped by Apple and it was Apple who failed in quality control 🤷🏻♂️
Why do you think it isn’t apples fault? Do you think Apple don’t make faulty devices or something? 🤷🏻♂️
that’s like having a phone with a broken screen and not turning the screen on ... you can keep your advice but thanks for popping by 🤷🏻♂️
Yep, but turning on screen is main way how to operate the phone. Pressing back cover is not in my opinion 😅 just put it in case and you will be fine. Or go for warranty repair. There is no other choise.
putting it in a case doesn’t fix it , my finger rests there so I notice it every time I use the phone , Apple have arranged a replacement, my post was to see if others had the problem 🤷🏻♂️
From others IPHONE users who experience this says don't let steam , water or any liquid not even rain touch your phone because condensation will form on the camera.
look like something wrong with this product.i kust see a video problem with the screen, problem with battery, and now problem with housing omg this not a cheap phone come on apple
I’d say that was pretty self explanatory by the question in the original post wouldn’t you 🤷🏻♂️
I was obviously asking others if they had the same problem 🤦🏻♂️
No one is making it deep but you lol 😂
well I have the same phone and worked with lots of 12s and this is the first one I’ve seen with this issue.
this guy simply asking if others iPhone does this... turns out theirs doesn’t and Apple agree it’s not normal 🤷🏻♂️
they are going to replace it 🤷🏻♂️
I’ve had phones from other manufacturers with problems out of the box like screen issues with my Samsung and proximity sensor problems with my Nokia 9 🤷🏻♂️
O geez don’t let your battery health drop below 80%…also it’s good to take the advice of others just get an official apple battery it’s the best thing to do! I wouldn’t trust any off brand batteries
Yes. Very bad. Worse than mine. I can’t imagine how you deal with it at that level. Mine is at 76% and the amount of time before the battery dies drives me insane
Only if it affects your daily battery life. If u r thinking of buying a phone with this kind of battery health, consider the cost of battery replacement along with the cost of the phone.
Your batteries total capacity has been cut in half. This is VERY bad. I would seek either service or a new device asap.
Replacing a battery for an iPhone X by apple was 100 Canadian $ off warranty. Just go to apple you are much better off. If this is not viable because of the age of your device, maybe it’s time for a newer device x and higher
I have an iphone xs max it's battery health is 82% but I have to charge it minimum 3times a day
Is it good?
no this is not normal. At 82 your device should work at peak performance and cHarged 1 time a day. My xs max used since release till now without a battery replacement and still performs like new. To resolve your issue reste your phone to factory and reinstall it. Once done restore it from iCloud backup. I am almost certain this will resolve you charging issues.
Time for a new battery
Regularly let the battery drain & the fully recharge so that all the cells get charged equally
Why iPhone 8 battery health going down so fast last mon ...
Why iPhone 8 battery health going down so fast last month it was 84 to 79 and now its 77%?
yes i am also facing this same issue with my iphone my phone battery health was at 86% and now is at 79% apple decreases battery life with all new updates and bug repair
It depend on how regularly you use it, and if your using it for some graphic intense apps, or games, it heats the battery, which rapidly drains it normally whilst using certain apps and the heat can kill the battery. I recommend you charge it from a higher percentage, or keep it charged as much as you can during the day, as it saves charge cycles, which the more you use, the more your battery ages.
