I think it may have something to do with IOS 13 if you can get it, as I have an iPhone 8, and since I have gotten IOS 13, the battery has been running flat quicker, and it has been running hot all the time even when not charging. You may need to purchase a new battery for your phone or purchase a later model phone.
Yes! My sister has an iPhone 6s she purchased last year. From that day she is facing battery 🔋 drain
iPhone 6s battery is draining very fast after changing it
iPhone 6s Ios 11.4
The battery is draining very fast.
I charge it to 100% at night and it goes to 0% when I wake up in the morning. I recently got the battery changed. What can be the possible reason?
Not just you. Many have reported terrible battery drain on 11.4. Try performing a full restore on iTunes. If that doesn’t stop the draining, perform a full restore to 11.4.1 public beta 2
11.3 and 11.3.1 were pretty good as far as the battery is concerned. Where did you get the battery replaced from?
it is from a local shop. I used a local battery for my 5s as well so I am convinced that it is not an issue of the battery.
never buy batteries from the local shop. They last only 6-12 months and don't hold a charge properly. If you want a long-lasting battery get it replaced by apple.
yes, ios software can drain the battery sometimes but apple fixes battery drain in new updates. Also, another reason why users experience battery drain is that some users update their phone ota(over the air) which can sometimes cause issues like battery drain, lags, crashes. So in my opinion it's always best to update software using iTunes for best performance and to avoid issues. Also after any update, there will be battery drain for 3-4 days but will get an automatic fix.
Just doesn’t make sense for it to drain that fast while on standby. Restore the device using iTunes, something is definitely wrong.
If that doesn’t work then have them replace the battery again.
if it's not faulty battery then your iPhone gets some warm then it's short-circuiting you may have an issue with power ic on iPhone your iPhone
iPhone 6 battery is draining so fast even battery health is 98%
Need help, i have a iPhone 6 my battery is draining so fast in fact my battery health is 98% what can I do
I had a 6s and it died so fast after even replacing the battery since I had broken my screen and fixed both might because I video call a lot but doubt it to that extreme
My 6 is like that too. I’m just used to it, and always have a charger nearby. Try getting a battery case for your 6 if you want more mobility at the same time.
Reset your phone completely and start over and see if that improves battery life. Back up your phone first.
The battery is draining so fast. What should I do?
The battery is draining so fast. What should I do?
Looks like it's on 83 % so you'll get 83% of battery in your battery now it shows 100% but that doesn't mean you get 100% it shows you only
So one solution is there whether change your battery or iPhone
Mine is terrible, even the iPhone tech I chatted with online agreed that it is draining ridiculously fast. Its battery health is at 75%. It has been an issue since day 1.
why would I go out and buy an android when I have to replace it every 2 years when I can use my iPhone for 6 years with it getting updates
The only problem with iPhones is the batteries, well not anymore with the iPhone 11 series and it doesn’t have much customization.
Android phones always have security breaches, blow up in people’s hands, are slow asf, the new foldable phones could scratch by a fingernail, you have to wait a goddamn year to get one update so you’re stuck with bugs n shit for one year, they take the mick of Apple but then copy them years later, you don’t have iCloud so sharing is quite difficult, they add features that are completely useless and charge extra for them... yeah rather stick with Apple
1. Android phones do not always have security breaches if you go back & search you'll find iPhones got more security breaches than Android.
2. Which Android phone blew up? oh yeah it was noted 7 released in 2016 it's been 4 years can we stop talking about that? there are 2.5 billion Android devices none of them blew up.
3. Foldable phones are in their 1st generation they'll improve from time to time.
4. you have to wait a goddamn year to get one update hmmm you got iOS 13 in September it's been 5 months have you got iOS 14? no, because you'll get it next year same goes with Android.
And Android updates are stable AF unlike Apple iOS 13 was the most buggiest OS ever Apple needs to release updates for 10-12 devices but still, the updates aren't stable on the other hand Google releases Android updates to Hundred of devices but still updates are stable & aren't as buggy as iOS.
5. Yeah there's no iCloud on Android but there are hundreds of alternatives like Google drive, Samsung cloud, Mi Cloud so sharing isn't difficult.
6. What features are useless on Android? Android phones got dark mode for years but Apple added it last year lol & which company charges extra for features? are you in your senses? as far as I remember Apple was the one who used to charge their customers for iOS updates.
Also, Android's got both Fingerprint and Face unlock, and look at Apple it's still stuck on face unlock. It's 2020. Apple charges so much but doesn't bundle a fast charger, you need to buy it extra. Apple has got more demerits.
Apple loves money when they found the lighting to 3.5mm dongle was the most sold accessory on BestBuy they decided not to include it for free in the box lol
I have a few bugs - can’t send voice notes, can’t receive calls, and can’t access Siri. When I restart it’s fine but when the phone locks it’s the same story all over again.
It advisable to replace iPhone 6s battery?
Hi is it advisable to replace iPhone 6s battery? I have been using it for the past 5 years. It’s showing Service and the battery is draining considerably fast. Pls, suggest. One more thing does apple provide any warranty on the replacement battery.
So the battery is indeed needed to replace so what would you do then? 😁
The choice is simple
Live with it
Change the battery
Or sold the phone and buy another
Yes please replace, I did the same. And the phone is still working fine after draining it for 5 years. Yes they provide 3 months warranty on a newly purchased battery
iPhone 6 battery getting hot and drains when playing games
The iPhone 6 battery so getting hot and drains too fast also every time I should charge the phone every time in 69 min I only play games and see YouTube,fb /but I changed the battery original battery from an Apple-authorized center so what should my father also have iPhone 11 pro his battery capacity is 97 percent what should we do
It says the battery has experienced an unexpected shutdown. I have had seen that message once on my dad’s SE but it didn’t show the service/replacement at the Apple service center. But in your case, that message is there so it’s time to replace it. But you also mention that you replaced it at an Apple service center. If it’s under warranty take it back to them. Also if you charge more than once per day then you will see the battery degrade much faster. And also try to avoid getting the battery to the red zone regularly and charge before that if possible. Also, try using WiFi whenever you can rather than LTE since the former is less taxing on the battery.
Battery draining too fast, on 6s iOS latest
Battery draining too fast, on 6s iOS latest one what to do?
Mention your iOS? It will definitely last long only about 4-5hours maximum If you're using 3G/4G LTE. How did you charge your mobile? 0 to 100? Calibration?
Try first full dead your iPhone battery and second full charge your iPhone and last hard rest your iPhone ...
Take matchstick :p next, you know I am sure :D battery sucks...
Just manage the settings ... Put background app refresh to no. Low power mode will not help you. Put location service of .. Use your cell till 20 percent and apple on charge on 20 and don't take it back till it gets 100 percent ... If still facing problem contact the mechanic to replace

IOS 14.5.1 - How is your battery draining with it? Please be honest. I’m using iPhone 6s Plus
Not bad on my son’s 6s Plus with 79% battery health. Almost 5 hours screen on time (iOS 14.6 beta 2)
