Hi! For owners of Thinkpad L470, I have a question. Can you install an M.2 SSD on Thinkpad L470 via the WWAN slot? Need response. Thanks

Yes, but with adapter and mutually exclusive with 2.5" HDD/SSD.
Yes, it is, but short M.2 2242 are hard to find, they are more expensive, they are not NVMe, and they are mutually exclusive with WWAN module. It makes sense only if you really want to have 2.5" HDD/SSD together with M.2 2242 disks.
It doesn't make sense to me, I would go with one bigger NVMe SSD in 2.5" bay with M.2 adapter.
