My iCloud shows me all the photos

I have a question about iCloud. When my storage is full, I drag my photos to my PC. I do this through iCloud in the browser. How can I then update my iCloud on the phone? Here it still shows me all the photos. In the browser, I have also emptied the folder last deleted. Thanks a lot ☺️

Thanks for your answer. But I would like to Save my photos in my personal NAS. I use the normal Photo App on my phone. It has already worked the way I described it, but now my phone doesn't seem to update the iCloud Storage.

Your use of a NAS is irrelevant, as it’s not part or cannot be part of the iCloud process. This means you would have to use a process outside the Apple Eco system and would be managed by a third party app. I’ve no idea why you are having issues as there isn’t enough info about how you have your system setup

The Main question is: why doesn't my phone recognize the deleted photos and Videos in the iCloud and Keep saying my Storage is Full
