Thinkpad 300: I was thinking of some sd, compact flash or sata to ide adapter, but I

Ibm thinkpad 380z. 300 mhz. 32 mb of ram and 6.5gb disk. Do you have any idea how much ram memory it supports? On some sides I read 96mb, on others 128 and 160, I am really confused. Also the hard disk has some bad sectors but I "repaired" them with the HDD victoria 3.4, for the moment it works perfect, but I have to take an alternative into account in case more sectors appear. I was thinking of some sd, compact flash or sata to ide adapter, but I do not know the performance of the original disk (mbps / s) and how much it would increase or decrease with these devices.

Thanks, but it's 98, I think it doesn't work in this version. Enter the command and it doesn't work.

Did you ever upgrade the hard drive? Looks like an awesome machine. I read the 380z has a built in subwoofer wow
