It looks like it’s a Thinkpad E14, and I used to get the same bug as you described (which was valid for the F4 key as well). I tried to update the keyboard drivers and firmware and the BIOS, but from time to time I would still get this annoying bug. Only after a restart they would work again. Eventually, I switched to Linux and never had this problem so far, but I never managed to fix it in Windows.

Ok, thanks.

Maybe you have activated 'extended' shortcuts? -So you could try Fn+Strg+F1.

Thanks, but I didn´t work...

which model does it is?
It looks like a E14 Gen2, like mine and which OS are you using?

Yes, Lenovo ThinkPad E14 (Gen 2) Windows 10

In some models there was an option to "swap" Fn and Ctrl keys. Make sure your driver is up to date.

Also try your system settings. Left click on a "speaker" icon and check your settings.

Thanks, I will try that tomorrow!
