Could be faulty RAM. Have you ran Memtest?

I have not. Let me take a look.

I had this error come up a while back which turned out to be faulty RAM.

Hit the + and post the image.

The error is in the critical section. EventID 41

Ohh got it.

The Kernel-Power 41 error is mainly caused by the wrong device drivers on your computer, especially an old or corrupted sound card driver. So you can try to update all the available drivers on your computer to solve this problem. Also turn off Fast startup and reset your power options to default. Good luck.

thanks. It’s also running hot. Not sure if two are related.

check the cooling fan for dust and clean your air vents also.
