ThinkPad x1 battery not charging and still on 20%

Hi everyone, i have a issue with the battery ThinkPad x1 extreme. Plugged in not charging, when i plugged in, battery still 20%. Thank you so much.

It doesn't look like it isn't charging, what charger are you using?
but when plugging, laptop has no light
Do you have any other chargers that you can use to test? Try leaving the laptop on overnight to see if it just charging very slowly
