I noticed that my x230 gets overheated even using powersave governor Ubuntu mate 22.04 and skulls 1.04 (yeah, I know, all ready done repaste to the CPU) I'm wondering if anyone had done a hole in the next segmentation of the housing and if it's seen any improvement in temps

Is the CPU a standard item as offered by Manufacturer?
Have you checked operation of the Fan etc.
I may not have a solution but info. regarding the above may be useful to someone else.
Ambient temps may also have an influence (as happened to me during a recent 'hot spell' in UK).

yeah I had considered ambient temperature (México city), the fan works and system is the same as retail.

Is the overheating something that suddenly occurred after working normally? Are you able to verify if the fan is working as intended? Like, does it spin at the needed RPM to maintain a lower temperature? You can also check in the BIOS: Config > Power > Adaptive Thermal Management. You can toggle between Max Performance and Balanced.

I had skulls instead of the original bios, but I understand your point
